Shipping policy
All orders (with the exception of our Cold Brewed Coffee) received before 11am PST (Monday-Friday) are shipped out the same business day. Orders received after this time are shipped out the following business day. To ensure our cold brewed coffee arrives cold, it needs to arrive within three calendar days. For this reason depending on your location some cold brewed coffee orders placed after Wednesday may not ship until the following Monday. (*See the disclaimer below for more details on our coffee shipments.) You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed, shipped and delivered.

We ship our cold brewed coffee frozen so it arrives as cold as possible while minimizing the need for cold packs and additional insulation - which reduces shipping charges and makes for a more environmentally friendly package.
You see, cold brewed coffee should be kept refrigerated to ensure it tastes exactly as it should - pure, fresh, and perfectly chilled.We have done rigorous testing and have scientifically concluded that freezing and thawing cold brewed coffee has no impact on taste and quality.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We are a small business, in a small town in Oregon. Someday we hope to offer free shipping to all our customers, but for now, we can only offer free shipping to the majority of the Western States. See below for a more detailed guide on shipping rates you can expect.
Continental US
Energy+ & Merchandise
We offer free ground shipping to most of the western continental US, All other continental US states will have a flat rate of $4.99.
Cold Brewed Coffee
We offer free ground shipping to most of the west coast. All other continental US states will be calculated at checkout. We ship our cold brewed coffee as fast as we can, so it arrives as cold as possible. You see, cold brewed coffee should be kept refrigerated to ensure it tastes exactly as it should—pure, fresh and perfectly chilled. If you are outside of the western states, we will most likely have to air ship (3 day or Less) your coffee to ensure it's freshness. Hence the higher shipping charge.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
If you live in a State or territory outside of the continental US costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that the estimated delivery days displayed are from the time your order is processed. This timeline begins once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Subscriptions
Subscribe and Save! Our beverages are available for a subscription service in 4, 2, or 1 Week increments. Products are automatically purchased at a discount of 15% on your agreed upon subscription cycle. No obligations, you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@letsriff.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on any of our beverages due to perishability and quality control. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can reach out to us at shop@letsriff.com and we can work towards a solution for you.
We offer a 30 day return/exchange on all of our merchandise in unused & unwashed condition. If you would like to make a return contact us at shop@letsriff.com with your name and order number and we will get you started on the process. Once the product is returned in its original condition, a refund will be initiated.
In the event that your order has arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shop@letsriff.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but assure you we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee offers you the opportunity to return purchases with which you are not 100% satisfied for a refund or replacement product.
