Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on any of our beverages due to perishability and quality control. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can reach out to us at shop@letsriff.com and we can work towards a solution for you.
We offer a 30 day return/exchange on all of our merchandise in unused & unwashed condition. If you would like to make a return contact us at shop@letsriff.com with your name and order number and we will get you started on the process. Once the product is returned in its original condition, a refund will be initiated.
In the event that your order has arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shop@letsriff.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but assure you we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee offers you the opportunity to return purchases with which you are not 100% satisfied for a refund or replacement product.
